Whole country
Here, the whole country: every confirmed case and death since the outbreak was declared on 15 May 2026, as published in the INSP bulletins.
The pace of new cases day by day and week by week, each province's share of that total, the age and sex of patients. The tables then go down to the health zone, and each province has its own page, updated from the same bulletins.
Last 7 days: 487 cases and 224 deaths, against 383 cases and 192 deaths in the previous 7 days.

Place of death
in the community or in a treatment centreTwo confirmed deaths in three occur outside treatment centres. That share says what the response does not reach: a patient who dies at home was neither isolated nor treated, and exposed their family to the end.
Weekly share of confirmed deaths that occurred in the community rather than in a treatment centre, nationwide or in one of the three hardest-hit provinces. The dotted line marks the average over the weeks covered: that is the result, not the dips and bumps. Bulletins only distinguish the two places since 13 July.
Method and sources
Sources: INSP situation reports, read bulletin by bulletin. The form of these figures has changed with each editorial period; a bulletin whose wording could not be read leaves an empty day rather than a guessed value. Alerts and laboratory figures are aggregated by week, Monday to Sunday, the current week appearing only once complete. No figure is recalculated in place of the source, except occupancy when the bulletin gives patients and beds without the rate.

New cases by province
By health zone
A province's total can differ from the sum of its health zones: the bulletins count cases and deaths not yet assigned to a zone separately. The site leaves them where the source puts them.
