ebola-tracker.org is published by Pierre-Emmanuel, in a personal, non-professional capacity: the site carries no advertising and has no commercial activity. Pierre-Emmanuel is also the editor responsible for publication.
As permitted by Article 6, III, 2 of French law no. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy, the publisher, a private individual publishing on a non-professional basis, gives only his first name; the details identifying him have been provided to the host.

Not covered: the photograph on the About page, and documents by other authors (INSP bulletins, WHO reports, ministry statements), which remain under their own terms.
