Of 441 samples tested in the laboratory, 62 were positive, that is 14.1 %. 83.9 % of the people who had been close to a patient (the "contacts") were seen by follow-up teams. 05 The difficulties encountered

In Ituri, 5,328 travellers refused health screening, the Avakubi checkpoint remains shut because of insecurity, blood is still lacking and the Kasenyi treatment centre sent nothing because of a health workers' strike. In Nord-Kivu, the ambulance of the Oicha hospital was attacked with stones on 2 November, treatment centres are almost full (94.6%), 233 patients are being treated outside them and 10 of the 39 new patients received no psychological support. In Tshopo, the house of a community health worker was set on fire in Bafwasende, 2 patients who escaped are still missing and threats against the teams persist in Bafwasende, Kabondo and Mangobo. In Haut-Uélé, a strike threatens the treatment centres, only 2 of 8 of which meet the standards. In Bas-Uélé, 9 of 22 checkpoints sent nothing, no ambulance is available and the Bili zone still has no one vaccinated. In Sud-Kivu, three border posts still have no isolation space.
