In Haut-Uélé, 2 checkpoints did not report, prevention kits are lacking for health facilities and households, and some treatment centres lack water and electricity. In Tshopo, the treatment centre lacks resuscitation equipment and psychosocial support lacks motorbikes. In Bas-Uélé, only 19 of 41 checkpoints are working, the vaccine stock is at zero, vaccination coverage remains at 11.4% and 17 of 20 priority facilities have no 72-hour water storage.
